I had ordered a Name in the Lights Night Lamp from FNP along with a hand bunch of carnations which were to be delivered on 8th August, 2025 in Hyderabad for my sister
The Name in the Lights Night Lamp was delivered in the afternoon, however the product delivered was defective and the light was not working.
After waiting for at least 2 hours to resolve my issue, I got to convey my issue to the customer executive and accordingly I had sent a picture and a video of the defective product to the email id as told by the customer executive, who assured me that within 2 hours, some person will call me to resolve my issue.
However, no one called or contacted me during the last days and i only got an email saying that my window for resolving the issue which is 48 hours has expired. Hence the Company cannot resolve my issue.
I have seen a very unusual behavior on the part of FNP, that when there is something to be bought from them, all their customer executives call me numerous times for getting an order but when it comes to resolving an issue then they have no interest in solving the problem.
Giving a customer a defective product is easy and getting good reviews is also an easy work and asking for reviews is also a shameless work which this Company is doing a great job at. I have been calling again from this morning but till now I have no help from the end of FNP.
Being a Lawyer, i have no other option than to go to the consumer complaint forum to resolve the issue.
