Ref to order #OR[protected] on 18/11/2014, I tried tracking the delivery on-line .It seems that the on-line tracking system is not functional.
I had also called up your customer service at 1.37PM. I need this delivery to be made between 2.00PM – 3 .00PM and hence, I had paid extra and opted for the time-based delivery.
In this day and age if I cannot track my delivery or get a confirmation from service provider on delivery, it is all futile.
Most importantly, the delivery has not been made between 2PM -3PM as directed and their customer service rep – Madhu and Customer service Supervisor – Anil Shrivastava have informed me that the delivery will happen by 5.00 PM.
Do you even realize why people pay extra for delivery at a specific time? You dimwits
I am willing to spend on hiring a lawyer and taking this up with the Consumer Court. False promises and playing with the emotions of people to make money is a crime in itself.
Dear All - Please walk up the road and find a local shop, buy flowers, and deliver all by yourselves.Its the easier way out and will also help the cholesterol:) Never trust Ferns & Petals!
