I had placed the order on 19th May for my parents wedding anniversary and had selected a specific delivery time as they were leaving out of town Order # 15238054. They never received the delivery but when I check with F&P at 4, they were sending the flowers at that time. Since F&P did not value the time, I could not gift anything to my parents and they went out of town without anything. Later I spoke to F&P on 20th May and cancelled the order, customer care team told me that it would be refunded with 1 weeks’ time. It’s been two weeks now but I have not got anything from F&P and when I call to check the status the customer care team is very rude or don’t connect me to any manager to escalate the case. I have been trying to get a resolution and I have been made to wait for hours and later they disconnect without informing me.
• Care team don’t respect the women and are very rude. I wish I could have collected name to put it for your reference to show the harassment caused by your team members.
• I have been let down by more than 5 of your team members and it’s a night mare to contact them.
