[Resolved] Ferns N Petals — no delivery, no refund even after calling multiple times | |||
Stop making fraud claims, only matters to you is the money paid. Rest you don't care of. I have ordered (Order no:15294692 with rs.2000/-) on 14th feb. Till now what i receive is status updates and dummy customer care mails that we value your blah blah. No you dont. Only because delivery boy says the door was locked you say you have attempted. Are you serving us or your vendors? A delivery was attempted but the recipient refused to accept it, because of which the order could not be delivered. - this is what you keep repeating in your tickets and happily closing the tickets (Tickets[protected],[protected],[protected],)- you guys accepted that its delivery person mistake, but still you are not attempting to deliver again. Where is refusal, where is attempt? Where my money went, who is responsible for this? Was this information helpful? | |||
