I placed an order on 15th july which was to be delivered on 20th july. I wanted to make some modification in the order which the company policy allows till before 48 hours of delivery. I tried contacting on 15th itself for such change and i was denied all that with some copy pasted reply of regret. If you cannot follow your own policies why bother making them.
On 16th i called again for the modification well within 24 hours of placing the order. No matter how many times i communicated all the company did was send the same mail of regret. Now the product remains undelivered and refund denied. I want refund.
