I have ordered a cake online using ferns and petals.
My order number is 3249455 which was scheduled to get delivered on 16th of aug (9am - 9pm). For being doubly sure, i didn't make order online but called fnp executives and confirmed first about if they can deliver on time.
I called them last night and they said their operating hours are 8am - 10:30pm ist (My order is for international delivery though).
Calling them since 8am in the morning and now i am getting a response that since it in international delivery they won't be able to update me before 12pm ist
What i am suppose to do? Which time zone should i follow to communicate to you?
I want them to refund my money or get it delivered within 2 hours from now.
I have never seen such pathetic services in my life. Your executives are telling me that they are not aware of status, it might have been delivered, they even said that they will share a tracking id with me so please tell me when do you share your order tracking id? Like 10 days post delivery or 1 month post delivery.
I have spent 4000+ for a cake not worth 500 and for such kind of services Was this information helpful? |
