Hi team, Order id-[protected] Very disappointing experience. I ordered a chocolate box on 2nd july and it showed that it will get delivered by 4th july. I called up customer care 4 times to confirm if my order will be delivered on 4th july. I got confirmation for the same. When it was around 5pm, i again called the customer care, where they mentioned that the product is shipped using the services of their courier partners and they can’t gaurantee to get it delivered on 4th july, however they still assured us that it will get deliver by 4th only. Firstly, nothing was mentioned there that if shipping is through courier partner then it may take extra time to deliver. While ordering they showed me time slot of 9:00am to 9:00pm On 5th when i again called to confirm when it will get delivered customer care said they don’t deliver on sundays. I was like is it a joke going on It was a birthday gift and still not delivered Highly unprofessional very disappointing service. Never ever recommend FNP to anyone because its not first time they did like this Regards Frustrated customer Was this information helpful? | |||||
