I have placed an order from fnp on the 11th of october, 2019. The oder id is :12836963. The order was to go via courier and was promised to be delivered on the 14th.
As i have ordered from fnp before also, i knew that the deliveries from couriers can get delayed by a few days.
I raised an enquiry on the 14th, ref:[protected]
Then again on the 15th, ref:[protected]
Then on 16th, ref:[protected]
Then on 17th, ref :[protected]
Then on 18th & 19th as well.
Throughout all these days, i have called each day seeking help from the "customer care executive", who without fail, don't live up to their designation. There was not a single executive that provided a solution, everyone had their script ready and just read from that.
I had also sent an email to [protected]@fnp, but that was also of no use. It has been 2 days since the email, there has been no response from their team.
This has been an absolutely shocking experience for me, because it shows that my once favorite delivery site, is not caring about it's customers anymore.
