I had booked an international order that was supposed to deliver on 7th June. The day of the delivery the recipient hasn't received any call from delivery agent regarding the order. The order was not delivered.
And later I received a mail saying that delivery has been attempted but due to incomplete address they couldn't deliver my address. The delivery agent did not tried calling the recipient once before calling it an attempt. Since, then I have been following up with their team regarding delivery but they are off no help.
They'll someone from the international team will be in touch with you bit no one contacted. Also, they are not refunding the amount even when the delivery was failed.
I am getting the same generalized email from their team again and again. Was this information helpful? |
