I had ordered on the 12th of February for the product to be delivered on the 14th of February. And I had specifically called up the customer to ensure that whether the same will be delivered on the said date and I was assured of the same. It is the 16th of February today and till date the product has not been delivered and every time I call up the customer care, I am told that we are trying to get it delivered today. What is the point of your same day delivery feature and a pathetic customer care which cannot provide any support. If the same cannot be delivered on the said date the customer should be informed about the same and cancellation should be initiated.
I need to get a refund of the same or get the product delivered today itself.
