Ferns N Petals — Non Delivery of Products | |||
I, Anandi Ghosh, want to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for non-delivery of products on time and non delivery of flowers as displayed on their page. I have placed an order No. OR[protected] dated 11.08.2014 as per the delivery schedule on their page. When their customer care representative called me and offered me a discount on the products, she said that sometimes the products are not delivered on the mentioned date but maybe a day earlier or later. I agreed and placed the order for 11 products, with the request that these be delivered 'one day at a time' as they were pre-birthday surprise. However, the very first product in the card which was to be delivered on 12.08.2014, has not been delivered yet and five of the products are showing as out for delivery since the 13th. It is 16th today and the products still have not been delivered. I have been calling up FnP repeatedly and every time the answer is the same that the products would be delivered the next day. I also called up the customer care on the 12th asking why the products have not been delivered and was told that no promises were made to deliver the product on the same day as they were delivered by a courier company. In addition, they refused to cancel my order. I wish to lodge a complaint against Ferns n Petals for cheating me. Was this information helpful? | |||
