Hi, I have requested for a delivery of flower bouquet on 14th Feb'17 with a promise of same day delivery. I have not received the flowers, also there has been no communication from Ferns and Petals about the status of my order. That moment of glory is lost. I have paid whopping amount of 2026/- INR.
