I had ordered gifts to be delivered today 4th December so i could gift them tomorrow, and when there was no status until evening, i called up their customer care agent who started reading policy on couriers like a robot. They mislead people with their advertising and then read the fine print when things go wrong. They should be taken to the cosumer forum for deficiency of services.
