Ferns N Petals — not delivered my order & not returning my money

My self khushboo rani, i placed order 1190rs for cake plus flowers on 23rd october 2017 but they not delivered my things even they can't returning my money & close their shops for three weeks & they cut my calls i m very disappointed. I'll pay this service no.[protected] harpreet singh.
So i'm very disappointed from your service at least they can attend my call & give me a good reason but they disobey me.
