I have booked a gift delivery through online booking on 10th of august 2016, it has never been delivered and ferns n petals guys say that they have delivered it. Their vendor is giving different information to ferns n petals that it has been delivered. The person who delivered it to the unknown person saying i have called the person whom it was supposed to delivered but he is saying he has'nt recieved any calls or msgs from ferns and petals team. I want a refund as the occassion has been spoiled and of course your reputation too Was this information helpful? | |||||
