Have placed order for Cake & Flowers on time with fixed time delivery charges on 29 th April21 for delivery on 02 nd May21 which is a birthday of my Grand daughter who stays abroad & came back to her maternal house after Three years
We are Senior Citizens & staying at Thane, Mumbai
This is 5th year of birthday
AM a regular customer of you
On 2nd May Got a SMS in morning Consignment is out for delivery. Thereafter got a mail that it will be delayed - I replied over mail requesting to deliver in haste. Reply recd it will be done by 6PM.In the evening got SMS it has been delivered. But Not. Next day 3rd May it was delivered.Daughter in law tested cake & observed it is spoiled. She asked whether Cake was kept inside the Fridge ? Reply Negative
My Question are-
1) WHY not delivered on time when order placed in advance with Charges
2) WHY intimation or Call not given that to effect delivery on 01st May
3) WHY spoiled item was delivered ?
With utter surprise I got mail from your office that Issue is closed
We are Sr Citizens, its a hard earned money
Some dates are Red letter Days in our journey
Is it the way to respond to grievances of Customer
