I had ordered a 3 in 1 pen and choco pie to be delivered on 16.04.2016. Not only the order was not delivered on time, when I contacted them they said it is a delay on the part of the courier company and therefore, ferns and petals cannot do anything about it. The order was finally delivered on 20.04.2016. But to my utter shock and dismay, only the choco pie was there and the box which should have contained the pen was empty. This has happened to me the second time. I ordered 2 rakhis for my brother last year but only one reached him. Their service is pathetic and they are absolutely irresponsible Was this information helpful? | |||||
