I had ordered the cake on 8th March 2021 between 6pm to 9pm, the delivery guy was no where around my home at 9.30 pm and we had other plans post that. The customer care said there is no refund policy. On 9th March I got a call from delivery guy stating he is on the way to deliver the cake. I tried to make customer care undertand what is the use if the cake is not delivered at same day when the actual celebration was on 8th. I also said please deliver the cake on 12 March as I have another family members birthday, but they refused and said we won't refund, won't rescheduled and will deliver cake on 9th March itself, which is really unethical, unprofessional and is not at all customer oriented. Highly dissatisfied and disappointed as we are being a regular customer, but going forward won't be using Ferns and Petals and also don't be recommending it to others.
