I had ordered for a cake for a friend s anniversary celebration to be delivered on 21st June 2021. Ordered for cake n flowers but only cake got delivered and with a good delay.
Kindly look at the pic of the cake delivered and after I raised the concern, one of the cust care executive called and told me that another cake will be arranged by 10 pm which never happened. Post which I tried reaching cust care numbersg given in contact us section and none of them were reachable. I had shared feedback n raised query..but no satisfactory response..still on worse case I was informed that a compensation cake will be arranged for 22nd June..But no response till now.
1. I want my refund back
2. Fnp made fun of my name in front of my friends by sending such ugly n broken cake.. please send an apology card, choclate n cake as a compensation
Kindly revert in priority.. hopefully this email id is correct and not cheating me agian.
Tired of explaining the situation n raising the query..
