Ferns N Petals — Order not delivered and claiming to be. No refund

Hi all! I ordered a lamp in Ferns and Petals, Order no. 16617700 to be delivered on 28th Aug, 2015. On the same day they updated the status that the order has been delivered when it was not. Upon calling them they say that they have couriered it and that it would reach by the next day. After repeated calls of complaining and asking for refund they ask me to send a mail which is never answered. Please use some other website for online transfer and dont spoil the occasion by associating with these people. In grievance, Aparna
