Ferns N Petals — Order not delivered and impolite customer care

Regarding order no.[protected]placed online)
My order was supposed to deliver today in the morning (08/04/2022). I have been trying to call the customer care but my calls are not being answered. When I finally got in touch with someone he told me he could not do anything and told me to call another number. Really frustrating! Please either deliver my order today or give me a refund!
