I had placed an order[protected] on Jul 5 2019 for a birthday cake to be delivered on Jul7 2019 between 8am and 3pm.
At 2pm on July 7 2019 I get a automated message sayin the delivery slot has been changed!! No prior intimation, nothing.
There is a reason I choose a certain time slot, and if you can't keet it, might as well inform atleast a day prior!. Not last minute.
This order was meant to be a surprise we planned for our Uncle's birthday. It seems these guys suprised us by their poor service.
Plus their customer care always says " we'll deliver asap", when I call to complaint that delivery is not done within time slot!!!
As of this time when I write this complaint, I still haven't received the order!
Such horrible experience with Ferns&Petals. Will never ever again order from you FNP for any occasion. Nor will suggest to my friends and family! Was this information helpful? |
