The order was personalised clock. While ordering the delivery date was 12 th june'21. On 8th june'21 the delivery status shown was HOLD. Reason was delivery not serviceable. Query /ticket was raised. The logic less ticket service is: it is closed without assuring the customer has agreed to close the query.
