This is regarding a corporate order that was placed by my company and it was expected to be delivered to me .
But because of changed address i had requested to deliver it at a different location .
My order id was 33092343
This request to change the address was done on 17 th march . And i got a call from ferns and petals on 18 match probably and it was confirmed that this order will be delivered within 48 - 72 hrs at the changed address and now its been so many days since i am continuously following up.Through
emails through 4-5 calls probably . But the only response that i was getting was wait for 1-2 days.
Today i am informed that we can not deliver your order you need to place that order again .
Before experiencing all this i was having a very good image of this company named Fern's and petals but now whole perspective is changed.
I recieved a message on my cell phone on 23rd stating that order is delivered.
Could you please look into this issue .
Also could you please do something in this respect as this seems to be a serious issue from customer perspective that we are following up so many times just for a simple order . Was this information helpful? |
