I ordered flower delivery for a rishikesh address (Order no - 440589) on 10th august and paid r 1299 online. The same was not delivered and i was not informed regarding that. Later when i called up customer care to check i was informed that the area is non serviceable. The customer care representative put us on hold for 20 min when we asked for a refund and cut the call. After repeated complaints on mail and phone, none was answered.
Money is also not refunded.
The website still shows delivery available in that area.
None of my mails were answered. Now when i called up the customer care after 10 days, they ask me when do i want the delivery.
How come the area suddenly became serviceable. When i asked them to transfer the call to senior management, the representative became irritated and started screaming.
I was informed that i will get a call back since the manger is not free.
I have not received any call back.
My money has not been refunded and i had to face the rude behavior of a representative.
