I had placed an order(#OR[protected] for Shining Memory Personalized Lamp Regular on 03/11/2015 and had asked for delivery on 05/11/2015.I had called costumer care[protected] on 05/11/2015.A guy told me that it will be delivered on 06/11/2015.I called on 06/11/2015, a guy told that address is incomplete and asked me to provide landmark.I gave all the details.He told it will be delivered on 07/11/2015.Again i called on 07/11/2015 and a lady told that it will be delivered within 1-2 days and asked my address and landmark.I didnt provide anything as i had already mentioned full address while placing the order and also on phone.She disconnected the call in between.It was supposed to be delivered on 05/11/2015 but till date i have not received the product.My anniversary was on 06/11/2015, now what will i do with that gift?? Please refund my money.
