Ferns N Petals — order was not delivered

My order number 7563313 was to be delivered on 2/11/2018 rubbish is there site I didn’t get to know the status as customer care people also take 48hrs to update. Today I get to know what I ordered was out of stock then why did you confirmed it. It was my aunts birthday and Diwali in 2 dAyS solution I get you can send flowers or cake what are you talking about. I need compensation for this? How will u do it

Last year i ordered Rakhi n sweets but the Rakhi delivered was different and was of less price than the one I ordered.
