Ferns N Petals — Parcel not delivered on time and not ready for cancellation with refund

Address: 37/B, new stree, thathankuppam, villviakkam

I placed order with Fnp about 1633. it was agreed to deliver on 14th feb from 06 am to 04 pm IST. but delivery person called me around 7 pm IST and immediately disconnected my call when I said not ok to receive without any excuse. also he did not reach my place too.

I called fnp customer care 5 times, from yesterday evening 7.30 pm IST to till now, but no proper response from them. they are making joke on me and disconnecting the call saying not able hear after few mints discussion.

they not ready to cancel the order, it thier false promise, it is their mistake

so I am eligble for cancellation with refund.
