Experienced horrible service by Ferns N Petals. I was charged significantly extra for an order of fllowers and boquet to be delivered on Feb 14th. The ordered was not delivered on Feb 14th. When I tried to followup on their helpline number, it was put on a voicemall suggesting all orders are out for delivery and no updates are available. Call next morning at 8 am. When I was finally able to reach them on the morning of Feb 15th, they tried to #### me by saying they had 15000 orders and lots of orders were unfulfilled. I find it ironic that the customer service representatives boast of incapability. The service rep promised to deliver a fresh bouquet of flower within the next two hours with an apology letter and a gift coupon. A non-fresh bouquet and a chocolate box was delivered separately on Feb 15th. No apology letter or gift coupon were delivered. I do not have a photo of the flowers as this was for my fiance.
