Ferns N Petals — Pathetic service, delivery and product

My experience has been pathetic, I got exactly opposite to what I ordered. It took more than 5 hours for my order to reach to its destination. I am highly disappointed and angry upon the service of ferns and petals. I wish to get a refund for this order because the gift was exactly opposite to what was shown in the picture.
It has been a pathetic experience for me and I will never buy anything from them ever
