Ferns N Petals — Pathetic service, did not deliver and not ready to cancel or give me refund

I was trying to send a cake for a relatives birthday on 10th of July, 2023. Order No. 44132587

I have since morning 10.00 am of 10th July, 2023 I am trying to delay the delivery because the recipient would not be home. FnP waited till the delivery was attempted to delay the delivery. After delivery attempt then they said they will attempt re delivery by 6 PM. Since then not one call was made to the delivery partner to deliver on time.

It was only after I enquired about the re delivery attempt FnP told me they could not contact the delivery partner in the morning. Since 8 hours, from morning to evening 6 PM, only one call was gone to the delivery partner and that too was failed.

Also, at 6.30 PM they informed me that delivery is now not possible as no delivery agent is available. On this, I said I want to cancel my order, as sending a cake after relative's birthday is of no meaning. They are saying they will redeliver it the next day and cancellation is not possible.

This is unacceptable level of service. You do not deliver on time and then do not even refund or cancel my order.

I want a full refund of my order.

I have the ticket numbers also of FnP's below subpar and pedestrian customer service provided by them.

Hope this opens eyes for people and not order from such companies which treat paying customers and their hard earned money as dumb people. A very disappointed customer.
