I have ordered the product through fnp application on 1st of feb 2022 to get it delivered on 2nd feb 2022. And while ordering also paid 19rs extra convenience fee for getting the early delivery.
When the product was not getting delivered on time and no information or communication from the site, i tried connecting the customer care and check the status of the product. Instead of explaining the situation he started being so irresponsible and said it won't delivered on 2nd feb and will be delivered on 3rd. When i asked why then its not communicatted and also delivery was supposed to be on 2nd feb no response has given also when i asked to connect with higher official he simply cut the call. Is this is the right thing to do with the customer who paid extra amount just to get the delivery on right time?? It was my special day with my husband and i ended up not gifting him anything with FnP's wrong promises.
