Ferns N Petals — Poor Customer Service and unprofessional response | |||||
I reordered a cake from Ferns n Petals for my sister on 26/07/2020 but the cake which was delivered was different from what was shown in the image. So I raised a complaint a day after. Ferns n Petals asked me to return the cake so that they could check it, which was impossible as it was for birthday and we had guests, so it was consumed. So to resolve the issue the FnP team gave me a discount coupon of 20% which is not what I had expected but I did not want to extend the matter so I accepted it. Few days back I was trying to use that coupon, It wasn't working. I tried applying it on different products and it didn't work. Disappointed with this, I again wrote a complaint to FnP to replace the code. That is what every customer service team does. But they say that their sales team will call me. I don't understand why the sales team is involved in this and I asked several times about this, but they totally ignore the context of email. They just copy paste the same response every time. If they call, and my number is busy, they immediately ask me to provide a suitable time to call. How in the world I can ensure that the time I have given them, nobody will call me on that particular moment. I gave them time too when their sales team had called me once and they didn't call at all, I had to write to them again and same response. If my line is engaged they do not call back. I tried reaching them out through social media as well, but no improvement. This is harassment. This complaint is not about what I paid and what I lost.
