Ferns N Petals — poor customer service by fnp | |||||
Dear Authorities, I am a serving Army Officer. I had ordered midnight delivery of flowers through FERNS N PETALS on 30th Dec 2018. I waited till 1:00AM & the flowers were not delivered. I had paid a total of Rs 599 for flowers & additional 250 for midnight delivery. It spoilt my surprise for my wife. Ferns n Petals after repeated complaints finally refunded my money but caused me grave Harassment with their Unprofessional behaviour & False Assurances on their website. It's really sad that even after complaining numerous times, Ferns & Petals have done hardly anything regarding their Unprofessional behaviour. They have simply tried to cover up the situation by refunding my money. What about the fact that Ferns n Petals were unable to keep their assurance for delivering at the time they claimed. This calls for Compensation to the customer for the Harassment. Hope somebody in Ferns n Petals authorities are listening. I would also urge people to spread around the word regarding this kind of poor service by Ferns n Petals. I asked Compensation from Ferns n Petals which they simply refused.
