I ordered a hamper Tower for my brother on 29th August 2016 in USA. The company message me and E-mail me that your product will be delivered on 29th August 2016. But it is not delivered on that date.
3 things occur:
1. They build expectation for customers and break them.
2. Their delivery system is poor.
3. No compensation policy/compensation for the customer who face these problems.
Remove these three default. This is cheating not for money, not for trust but for feelings of sending somethings. Your service is pathetic and i think you can't even sale happiness to anyone.
The CEO should have no feelings only want to earn money and hope for that he will have only money in his life and not anything else.
