I placed my order on 13/02/2019 for a flower bouquet with order number 9192192. My money including delivery fee rs999 got deducted from my account and order was placed to be delivered between 6 am to 9 pm on 14/02/2019
Next day on 14th feb 2019 when i was checking my order status i saw my order 9192192 was cancelled and there was new order created with order number 9205926
When i called in f&p customer care on [protected] customer care executives took hold for 15 mins and talked in unprofessional and abusive manner when i asked his name he said sunav
With new order id 9205926 which was updated in f&p website was to be delivered by 9pm
Again at around 4.30 pm i got an email that they have cancelled my order stating non serviceable are where as in the same area they have delivered on past.
When i called customer care again and asked the reason why they cancel my order they didn’t tell anything when i asked manager to come on call he said he is busy.
I want answers on below-
1. How did you cancel my order with my consent?
2. Why did your executive talked in abusive manner?
3. How could you take order and deduct my money if it’s non serviceable area?
4. Why customer care executive cut the call when i asked manager to come on call?
You f&p people are highly unprofessional. Bloody keeping your customer on hope you cancelled the order at the delivery time.
I will raise this in your facebook and try to publish in newspaper too.
