I placed an order on 17/02/2019 for a cake with a bouquet of flowers scheduled to be deilvered on 21/02/2019 at canada for my sisters birthday.
However till today (24/02/2019) the order is not deliverd and on cantacting the customer care they seem to have no idea on international shipments!
If fnp is incapable of. Making a delivery, then at the least they should make a refund, which they refuse to give.
They appear to be big time fraudsters.

Date of delivery was 15th feb 2019.today it is 22 the Feb 2019.they are keep saying that international delivery takes time . My order no is 8861276.plz help.i was doing complain since 6 days but they just close my request saying we will resolve it we have contacted florist partner and are awaiting response from them.i am just tired of waiting.

I had placed an order on 1st feb for my fiance' in London for Valentine's day .it was my first Valentine's day.the order is not yet been delivered.the expected delivery date was15 th feb
Fnp ruined my first Valentine's day and my happy moments .after that they keep repeating we will resolve it .my order no is 8861276 .plz delivery my order or cancel and refund it .plz.

Now they are saying order has been delivered .fake company fraud company .don't order from here .just waste of many waste of time .they are just making fool to everyone for money
