Gift was ordered for 26th November not delivered on that day again scheduled for 27th November after multiple follow up and call half order delivered that too not the same which was requested I paid 1000 rupees for cake and 100 rupees cake was delivered . Now again this is remaining gift is scheduled for 28th without any information. I did multiple follow up and mails but no one to hear concern. I am even not able to find escalation matrix.
