I ordered a birthday gift for my wife. Placed order on 19th july for delivery on 21st july. No information shared related to delivery on 21st. Nothing on 22nd too. Raised online complaint, no response on 22nd. Website showed out for delivery by 22nd evening but not delivered. Called customer care... They said delivery is sent by courier so we can't guarentee delivery. They will arrange delivery within 2 days max. Requested for cancellation, was refused cancellation as order is already on transit. Asked for escalation. Received reply on 23rd night that they closed my compliant ticket as delivery is through courier n they can't guarentee delivery.
Its 24th, no delivery yet and no refund, no courier online status or courier service name or tracking number shared with client. We don't know if the product has been shipped or not, is struck where? Is this way a business operates and treats customers... # cheaters... I take oath not to use fnp ever again and spread the word on all social media and advise everyone else not to use fnp too.
