Ferns N Petals — product not delivered event after multiple follow ups

I had ordered from FNP ( Order ID: [protected] ) on 28th November 2025. They agreed to deliver by evening 7pm and I made the payment as well. Today is 1st December 2025 and still order is not delivered. The status of my order says already delivered.

This company looks like fraud company and they are scamming people.

Even after reaching there pathetic support ( chat service ) they keep saying that issue will be resolved but till now nothing happened.
