I placed a Rakhi order to Canada. It was supposed to be delivered on 31st July. Rakhi was on 3rd of August. My order or any delivery was not attempted till then. My order is not delivered till date. I am continously chasing the customer support from 7 days however no support I got. I now get an update that the address is wrong when I told them to issue refund. My brother is living there from the past 15 years and he gets all the packages on that address. They are giving me false excuses. My product is not delivered so they should issue me a refund which they are not. Amount is rs 1500
