Hi ordered a packet of chocolate.. it's been two days already my order has not been delivered.
1) The application shows status of Dispatched since one day ... Post that no update on order.
Chocolate is a very basic thing a customer can ask for and does not require any preparation. Nor have been there any environment circumstances where the order is difficult to deliver.
Worst service ever, no updates to customer at all. Even it is a courier based service, no updates are available to fnp customer care as well. For a customer it sounds like my money is wasted as no clue where my packet is and no clue where it is.
I would never recommend FNP to anyone. It's better to order from local vendor and then send via intercity professional courier services atleast the order status and timely delivery is ensured. FNP just keeps it ears and eyes closed for courier based products. Zero ratings.
