Ferns N Petals — products shown on website not same and delivered | |||||
Hello, i had ordered a bouquet of 12 long stem roses/flowers from ferns n petals (Fnp) as shown in their website picture, for delivery to my friend in the buffalo, new york, for total amount paid rs. 6, 448/- on[protected]. I got a confirmation email from fnp confirming the order and showing the picture of the flower bouquet ordered. Order # 7541086. On the delivery date of oct 27, 2018, the recipient got the flowers bouquet, but the bouquet that was delivered was completely different, as, my friend sent me a picture of the bouquet received. I have all these on record with me as proof. I sent a complaint to fnp about this and they simply responded saying and i quote..."we want to inform you that your order was delivered as per the description on the website." So what fnp are doing is that they show products with pictures on their website and deliver a completely different and inferior product. This amounts to fraud. Kindly advise how fnp can be stopped from this fraud with future unsuspecting customers and how we can claim refund from them?
