I am highly disappointed with my experience with fern n petals. I ordered (Order no - [protected]) a decorative bottle with personalized photo having lights for my wife's birthday. The gift arrived on 30th august and my wife's birthday was on 31st august. After 2 days ie 1st september itself the photo on the bottle started coming out. I called fern n petals on 2nd september and they say that complaints within 48 hours from the delivery are only considered and they can't really do anything regarding this issue.
It's really disappointing to hear such a thing from a reputed company like fern n petals. They were not interested in hearing any complaint and even not taking it in their system too.
I told them even i don't want them to return my money but please have a quality check done from vendor's side and if possible replace my order. If nothing can be done, please credit this money to my account so that i can order something else as i have been a very loyal customer of fern n petals over last 6-7 years.
The gift had lot of sentimental values attached as it was for my wife's birthday but seeing such a response from fern n petals, i am quite surprised.
