I've ordered Rakhi and sweets which was suppose to be delivered on 10th August. When I tried to track it, only thing it shows is Prohibited area-entry restricted for delivery we have also mentioned our contact no. but still we didn't received any call from service centre or from the delivary man . I tried to contact every contact number mentioned on fern and petals Website but no response from anywhere.
I want that this problem to be resolved as soon as possible. This was such a disappointing behaviour from fern and petals.
