Ferns N Petals — re: order for a cake for my niece but delivered at other place and told that the order is delivered at the right address and fake sign

Dear sir,
I order for a half kg cake of rs. 999 and a candle of rs. 49 for my niece birthday on 30 april 2018. The cake has to deliver between 1700 hrs to 2200 hrs but i receive a message on my mail that the cake is delivered at the address but when i check with my cousin they told me that they didnot received any cake or candle till now. Their is a fake sign on the mail.

I just want to deliver that cake and candle by today evening.
