I placed an order (order id[protected] on 30 December 2021.. which was supposed to be delivered on 31 December 2021 for my friend's birthday..but it was not delivered ..contacted customer care many times..but there was not adequate response..and on 2 Jan 2022 still the order was not delivered..so i cancelled the order and they said I will get refunded within 7 days..now it's been 7 days and I didn't get my refund..so i contacted them ..and they are telling that the refund is already processed ..but the amount is not yet credited.Really disappointed with ferns n petals.. irresponsible and fraud site
