Hello team,
I had ordered a cake on 11th september and was sent a sub standard cake. When logged a complaint the cake was to be picked up and money should have been credited.
After numerous phone calls, chats and e-mails no one came to pick up the cake but they promised for the amount of ₹549 to be credited.
Today 10days later still the amount has not been credited and when i sent an e-mail a vague response was sent saying that the tat will be longer. I called the customer care and still no update.
Please help me end this mental harassment and also get my money back.
