Ferns N Petals — regarding delivery of order and absence of cancellation option on the site.

I have ordered rakhi for brothers and had given the exact address and time for the delivery, but the order has not being delivered yet. The issue with this platform is that it does not have option for the cancellation of the orders. And sometimes ferns and petals cut the charges and do not deliver the order. Order no.[protected] and order no.[protected]
This a serious issue.. Please kindly solve it as soon as possible.
