I've ordered a birthday cake on 19th July to be delivered to USA on 22nd evening. I got the UPS tracker ID and and upon checking on 22nd morning it showed delayed. Followed up with FNP customer service but to no response. I got a promotional call and when checked he said that he will connect me to customer support which never happened.
23/07 - UPS shows delivery delayed and FNP updated wrong status as delivery attempted. I raised the ticket #[protected] which they just went on closing and I had to Re-open.
I asked my brother to follow-up with UPS for delivery and he went to their office multiple times and finally package was delivered on 27th July.
Cake was rotten by then and I raised the complaint #[protected] which was also closed by them and I had to Re-open. On call they say that they will arrange a call back from "Right Team" and I dont get a call back at all.
